Refund and Cancellation Policy

हिंदी सारांश: यदि हम परामर्श तय नहीं कर पाते, या आप कॉल से कम से कम 12 घंटे पहले रद्द करते हैं, तो पूरी राशि वापस की जाएगी। परामर्श पूरा होने के बाद या कॉल पर उपस्थित न होने पर राशि वापस नहीं होगी।

This policy applies to the paid Tele-Consultation / Second Opinion service of Sanjivni Eye And Medicare Centre (“SEMC”). Fee: ₹500 (India) / USD 35 (international), paid in advance.

1. Full refund

You will receive a full refund if:

We cannot schedule your consultation after payment;
You cancel at least 12 hours before the scheduled call; or
The doctor finds tele-consultation unsuitable for your condition before the consultation starts (for example, if an in-person examination is needed). In this case we will also advise you to visit a clinic or hospital.

2. No refund

A refund will not be given:

after the consultation has been completed;
if you do not attend the scheduled call (no-show) without informing us at least 12 hours in advance; or
if you cancel less than 12 hours before the scheduled call.

3. Rescheduling

You may reschedule once, free of charge, by informing us at least 12 hours before the scheduled call.
Further rescheduling requests are at SEMC’s discretion.
If SEMC needs to reschedule, we will offer a new time; if it does not suit you, you may ask for a full refund.

4. How to cancel or request a refund

5. Refund processing

Approved refunds are made to the original payment method (UPI account or card/bank used on Razorpay).
Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days of approval. Your bank may take additional time to credit the amount.
For international payments, the amount refunded is the amount received by us; currency conversion or bank charges applied by your bank may not be recoverable.
